Billing Bureau targets CMMI® - February 2008
CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model® Integration) is a process improvement model for the development of products and services. It outlines best practices for development and maintenance activities that cover the product life cycle from conception through to delivery and maintenance.
Over the past year at Billing Bureau we have been working diligently to align our internal operations with this best practice model, to achieve significant improvements in:
· internal systems: by removing manual processing steps to increase efficiency;
· infrastructure: by upgrading our network architecture for increased capacity and security; and
· quality processes: through implementing formalised knowledge management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
We are now reaping the rewards of this investment with a significant increase in processing throughput and quality of work.
What does this mean for our Partners?
By investing in our internal operations, we aim to be more flexible and responsive to our Partners, while making our offering more robust and reliable.
We look forward to passing the benefits of our hard work on to our Partners through improved product performance and service quality in 2008.

Release of BENi - November 2007
Billing Bureau is pleased to announce the release of our new browser-based BENi user-interface, based on the latest service-oriented architecture.
As well as a more intuitive interface, BENi features a number of enhancements designed to give you more control of your data. These improvements include:
- enhanced search capabilities allowing you to find information more quickly and easily
- improvements to reporting allowing export of data in multiple formats so that you can better mine and analyse your data
- More ‘self service’ functions including ability to set up new users, set user permissions, submit rate changes and manage agents through the application - giving you more control over your business.

MVNO Summit 2006 - Date: 30 Aug - 31 Aug
