Formerly known as ObjectiveWare, Billing Bureau was established by the founder, David Werdiger in 1989 and has since provided billing solutions, with our main focus being in the telecommunications market.

The billing function is the principle mechanism that drives our clients' cash flow, and is therefore critical to the success of any telecommunications business.

Originally a computer and software development consultancy, Billing Bureau continued to look for opportunities to grow. As such, we started developing billing systems in 1995.

Following the success of our billing know-how, we released our flagship product BEN in 1996 and introduced our outsourced model in 1998. BEN is the software application, supporting today's clients as a licensed software product or via our outsourced service.

As well as successfully developing complex and customised billing solutions for clients, Billing Bureau is focussed on delivering:
